6. Cancellations and Changes

We begin processing personalised orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins, but changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Because personalised products are made to your specifications, they are generally exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

Non-personalised products remain subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Everclose jewellery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Personalised products generally cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your rights regarding faulty goods or products that are not as described.
